the game settings launches after the game completed the installation, or launch manually from the game folder, here is a fast brief about the display settings in it

Screen Mode:
- Window Mode: launches the game in a window on the active monitor.
- Full Screen: launches the game on the primary monitor.

Resolution:
the resolution appears in the list are the available ones to the primary monitor, some resolutions are not selectable in full screen mode.

Frame Rate:
select the frames generated per second, expandable with vsync.

HDR:
don't bother.

Vsync:

- Enable1 (default - recommended)
synchronizes the FPS with the primary screens frequency for best results possible, if the monitor is 120hz the game will render 120 frames per second, matching the frequency of the monitor, if the system can handle it.

- Enable2
for lower spec systems, this locks the FPS to 60 or 30 depending on the frame rate selected above, regardless of the monitors capability.

- Disable
gives FPS control to the GPU, select only if controlling it with the GPU software is needed.


Controller:
choose DirectInput or XInput, xinput is recommended for DS4windows.
