General Notes about update version 1.3

hello,

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the general atmosphere created around Football Life by fans and football-game enthusiasts. This project is an experimental idea from my desire to keep PES alive, and the growing number of supporters shows that many gamers share that same feeling.

Regarding the recent update, I would like to address a few points that might be important for some users:

the game settings launches after the game completed the installation, or launch manually from the game folder, here is a fast brief about the display settings in it

Facepack update 1 changes:

- added/updated 164 faces

- includes 15 faces omitted by mistake

update install:

extract 01_smkdb_fa7.cpk and replace in the game/download folder

- total number of players with real faces is 14038

- size on disk 37.4GB (34.5GB compressed archives)

- the game will need more pagefile to load the faces (but less than previous pack)

- for custom faces or alternative ones see recommended face makers at the bottom of this page.

📢 Compatibility and future proof

Football Life 2026 will include a new smart game launcher for maximum compatibility.
One launcher for all CPU generations, no more special EXE files for new CPU architecture, including the new Ultra Core CPUs from Intel.
